WEP SECURITY SETUP
If you are using WEP Security, scroll to “WEP
Key 1” (or whichever key is set on your
network), and then scroll to “Key Format”. You
will need to select if your WEP key is being
used in “ASCII” format, or in “Hexadecimal”
format.
Next you will select your “Key Width” to 40 or
128 bytes of data.
Afterwards you will set the WEP key Byte by
Byte and press enter when you are done with
each Byte.
WPA SECURITY SETUP
(WPA2 Security is not supported by our Interface cards)
If you are setting your security to WPA security,
scroll to “WPA Mode” and press “ENTER”.
Select “Personal” and press “ENTER”
You will then be prompted to choose you’re
“WPA Cipher”. Choose your appropriate
setting for your network weather it is TKIP or
AES.
Next you will be prompted for the first 15
characters of your password. If you have more
than 15 characters to your password, you will
have to select “WPA P-Phs(16-30)” for your
next set of characters.
