Fail to connect NVR through network

Possible reasons:
1.check the physical network connection is correct.
2.check the NVR network configuration parameters.
3.check whether IP conflicts exist in network.

Download records can’t be played

Possible reasons:
1 .Player installation error.
2 .The USB or HDD device has an error.
3 .Do not install graphic software later than DX8.1.
