2 TESTER

INDIGO

SATEL

3.  Operation

The sound emitted by the tester is very loud, so do not use the device at
a distance less than 1 meter from your ear.

Before the first use of the tester, remove the battery cover and connect the battery.
Pressing one of the tester buttons emits the glass breaking sound.
To turn on the tester, press and hold one of the buttons for about 2.5 seconds (the glass
breaking sound will be emitted).
If not used, the tester will turn off automatically after 20 seconds.

4.  Glass break detector test

1.  Enable test mode in the detector.
2.  Put the detector at the planned installation place.
3.  Place the TESTER INDIGO at the glass, in the window part which is the farthest away

from the detector, and press the button that generates the glass breaking sound
appropriate for the window.

4.  If the detector reports an alarm, continue installation. If the detector does not report an

alarm, increase the detection sensitivity of the detector or select a different detector
installation location and repeat the test.

Notes:

If the window is covered by roller blinds or curtains, place the tester behind closed blinds /
curtains.

For large windows, test the detector several times. Each time put the tester in another
part of the window.
