2.3. Use in explosive atmospheres
Explosion risk!
Incorrect use of the spray gun can jeopardise the explosion protection.
→ Do not bring the spray gun into potentially explosive atmospheres of
ex-zone 0.
→ Do not use any solvents and cleaning agents based on homogenised
hydrocarbons.
The spray gun is approved for use / storage in explosive atmospheres of
ex-zone 1 and 2.

2.4. Safety Instructions
■ Check the functions and check the spray gun for any leaks each time
before use.
■ Never point the spray gun at human beings.
■ Never use the spray gun when damaged or when components are
missing.
■ When damaged, stop using the spray gun immediately and disconnect
it from the compressed air circuit and material supply.
■ Adhere to safety regulations.
■ Adhere to BGR 500 accident prevention regulations.
3. Intended Use
The spray gun is designed for the application of paints, lacquers and
other suitable sprayable media on suitable substrates using the Airless
principle.
4. Description
The spray gun consists of the following main parts:
■ Air cap (fully variable positioning) [1-13]
■ Material nozzle, fixed in air cap (material nozzle not in scope of supply)
[1-13] .
