Cleaning and Maintenance

The pre-filter cartridge filter can be cleaned from the outside of the vacuum by utilizing the manual purge

lever. To use the manual filter purge system, first you must block or close the air hose inlet, then repeatedly

pull the manual purge handle. This operation will produce sudden bursts of air to the filter. This mechanical

cleaning process will eject dust from the surface of the filter thus allowing a more efficient cleaning

operation. This should be done often during the grinding process. The HEPA filters should be taken out and

cleaned on a daily basis.
