MAKE AN AUDIO RECORDING

In the video clip recording mode, your camera can make audio recordings.

Display PAGE 1 of the Shooting Setting Screen for the video clip 
recording mode (page 53).

Select the audio recording icon

 from the video clip mode 

menu, and press the SET button.

The recording mode is enabled.

h

The menu display is canceled if 
the MENU button is pressed.

Press the shutter button.

h

Audio recording begins. It is not 
necessary to continue pressing 
the shutter button while recording.

h

Take care not to cover the 
microphone with your fingers.

h

When the remaining recording 
time becomes short, the time 
remaining is indicated in red.

h

The maximum time for recording 
a continuous audio memo is 
about 9 hours.

End the recording.
