Hello Messenger

When Receiving the Meeting Invitation

When you receive the meeting invitation, Ringer or Vibrator is activated and the

invitation message appears.

However, if you set the ringer mode to “

自動応答モード

(Auto Answer)”, the invitation

is automatically received without any ringer.

Use

to select “

参加

(Join)” on the incoming

message screen, and press

(OK) to join the meeting.

The meeting screen appears and you

can join the meeting.

You can check the host’s name, the total number of members or received

date/time on the incoming message screen.

If you do not join the meeting, use

to select “

不参加

(Not join)” and

press

(OK).

When you receive the meeting invitation:

The invitation message appears.

Information

• Call notice is not activated from the speaker or the earphone if the Speaker Volume is

OFF in the Manner Mode setting.

• The “

バイブレータ

(Vibrator)” setting in “

ハロー着信音

(Hello Ringer)” is prioritized

over the Manner Mode setting.
