Finding Your User Name

If you aren’t sure what your PCS Vision User Name is, you can easily
find it online or on your PCS Vision Phone.

To find your User Name:

At www.sprintpcs.com.

Sign on to your account using your

PCS Phone Number and password. To view your PCS Vision User
Name, click on the

My Personal Information

menu and then click

PCS Vision User Name

On your PCS Vision Phone.

To find your User Name, access

your phone’s main menu, click on the

Phone Info

and then click

Phone# UserID

Note:

To access the phone’s main menu, press
