The temperature
probe is plugged into
socket but the oven is
not cooking.
•
The temperature probe is
not inserted into socket
properly.
•
The probe may be
damaged.
•
Fully insert the
temperature probe into
socket on side wall.
•
Replace the probe.
Contact Sanyo Service
Center for ordering.
ERROR
(ERROR 1, 2, 3
or 4) message
appears in the display
window.
•
ERROR 1 lights if door is
opened before time
countdown appears in the
display.
•
ERROR 2 lights if the oven
has not been plugged into a
power supply cord for more
than 5 minutes when you
start a Sensor Cooking.
•
ERROR 3 appears when the
probe is damaged.
•
ERROR 4 appears when the
temperature does not reach
to the set temperature after
2 hours of cooking.
•
Press
STOP/CLEAR
and
restart using Time
cooking on page 14.
•
Press
STOP/CLEAR
and
wait for 5 minutes to
restart from step 1 of
Auto Sensor micro-
waving on page 15.
•
Replace the probe.
•
Press
STOP/CLEAR
and
check that temperature
probe is inserted into
socket or check the
temperature cooking
chart (page 32).
Why couldn’t I get
good results even
though I cooked food
using Auto Sensor
Cooking.
•
The food was not covered
properly.
•
STOP/CLEAR
was pressed
or the door was opened
while the sensor was
programming the right
cooking time and power
level.
•
The food being cooked was
not suitable for Auto
Sensor Microwaving.
•
There may have been too
much or not enough food to
ensure proper results from
Auto Sensor Microwaving.
•
See pages 28 - 29 for
instructions on how to
prepare food.
•
Do not open the door or
press
STOP/CLEAR
while display shows
SENSOR COOKING.
•
Use Time Cooking
(see page 14).
•
When cooking more
than 2 lbs (900 g) or less
than 4 oz. (115 g) of
food, use Time Cooking
on page 14.
The turntable will not
rotate.
•
You have set the turntable
off.
•
The turntable is not
correctly in place.
•
Set
TURNTABLE ON/
OFF
key to on. (page 20)
•
Check that the turntable
is correctly placed on
the receptacle. See
Turntable Installation on
page 9.
You do not hear any
beep when keypad is
pressed or at the end-
of-cooking.
•
You have turned off Beep.
•
Reset the setting to
beep sound on. See the
Optional Settings on
page 17.
