(1)Disconnect all lead wires from the pri‑
mary interlock switch.
(2)Remove
2 screws securing the
lever stopper.
(3)Remove 1 screw securing the switches.
Then pull out the switches.
(4)Make necessary adjustment,and make micro‑
wave energy leakage check according to
1.ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE FOR SWITCHES on
page 1,after it is replaced with new one,
check proper operation of it according to
CHECKOUT ROCEDURE FOR
SWITCHES on page

Remove the 15A fuse with screwdriver.

‑ When replacing the 15A fuse, be sure to use
an exact repair part.
‑ If the 15A fuse blows immediately, check
the interlock switch, the relay 3 and 4 (on
the control circuit board) and the inter
lock monitor switch according to CHECKOUT
PROCEDURE FOR SWITCHES on page 8. And make
sure to check the microwave energy leakage
according to 1. ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE FOR
SWITCHES on page 1, when the interlock
switch, the relay 3 and 4 or the interlock
monitor switch is adjusted or replaced.
‑ If the primary interlock switch,the relay
3 and 4 or the interlock monitor switch
operate properly,determine which of the
followings is defective : control circuit
board,blower motor,gear motor,high voltage
transformer,high voltage capacitor,high
voltage diode or magnetron.
‑If the high voltage diode is defective,
replace not only the high voltage diode
but also the fuse diode.

(2)Remove 1 screw securing these switches.
Then pull out the switches.
(3)Make the necessary adjustments or placement
of switch by the reversing step(2)and check
to microwave energy leakage according to

page

. After it is replaced with the new
one,check with the new one,check proper
operation of it according to

on page 8.

(1)Remove 4 screws of the side securing the
cabinet to the oven cavity.
(2)Remove 5 screws of the rear side securing
the cabinet to the oven cavity.
(3)Remove the cabinet from the main body by
pushing and sliding the cabinet backwards.
