CAUTION
!
Installation should be performed only by service technicians.
Installation of the UPS must be carried out following the instructions in this
instruction manual.
Improper installation may result in electric shock, bodily injury, and/or fire.
In accordance with the instruction manual, install the UPS on a surface that can bear the UPS
weight (126 kg). This surface should be flat so that the UPS cannot topple or fall. The possibility of
vibration and shock should be minimized at the installation location. Vibration and shock such as
an earthquake may cause the UPS to move or fall, possibly resulting in bodily injury.
Wear safety shoes during the installation. All work that involves lifting the UPS, such as
mounting the UPS on a rack or attaching brackets, should be carried out by at least two persons.
Bodily injury may occur if the UPS is dropped. Take care not to strain your back.
Take care not to get your fingers caught when attaching brackets and installing the UPS.
There is the danger that the UPS could topple during relocation or installation.
Always hold the bottom side of the UPS firmly with both hands. Failure to do so may result in
injury or damage to the UPS.
