vl velocity deceleration (Object: 0x6049)
It is the Object that sets Deceleration Time.
As shown in the picture as below, it determines acceleration time
through Delta Speed and Delta Time.
In consideration of the stability of our inverter, it fixes Delta Speed at
Max Speed.
