have the right
insulin.

Remove the
protective cap
and make sure
that the insulin
is translucent.
Proceed to step 3.
Remove the protective cap. Tip the
pen slowly at least 10 times (upside
down) to mix the insulin.
After mixing, make sure that the
insulin has an even, milky white
appearance.
