8. Warranty
PLEASE REGISTER YOUR MACHINE TO VALIDATE THE WARRANTY.
To validate your warranty, please register the machine with SANLI UK as soon as possible
after its purchase by completing and returning the warranty card provided at the back of
this manual or use the form on the website at www.sanli.co.uk/register/
SANLI UK guarantees the machine (engine included) for 24 months from the date of
purchase.
SANLI UK guarantees to replace all defective parts due to a fault or manufacturing defect.
In no case will the guarantee result in a refund of hardware or direct or indirect damages.
The liability of SANLI UK cannot in any case be sought for a value higher than that of the
hedge trimmer. In particular, SANLI UK declines all liability in the event of any material or
immaterial damage caused by the machine.
To benefit from After Sales Service under guarantee, the claimant should contact an
approved After Sales Centre. For a list of SANLI UK approved After Sales Centres (authorised
dealers/service agents), visit the website
www.sanli.co.uk .
Present the machine together with your proof of purchase showing the serial number or the
duly completed warranty card.
The warranty does not cover:
Improper use or use which does not conform to this operator’s manual,
Lack of maintenance
Professional or rental use
The assembly, setting up or starting of the machine.
Damage or loss resulting from the transport or movement of the machine
Damage caused by an impact or a fall
The cost of transport or packaging materials (costs incurred in shipping the machine
will not be accepted by after sales service departments)
Wearing parts or consumable items such as the cutter blade and bar, the starter
assembly, lubricating oil, air filter, spark plug, etc.)
The warranty will automatically become null and void in the event of:
Modifications made to the machine without the express permission of SANLI UK .
Mis-use which does not comply with the manual and/or any regulations in force.
The use of non-original parts or parts not approved by SANLI UK.
