Please read these instructions for use prior to initial use.
These instructions for use are aimed at doctors and therapists
as well as patients. They form part of the device and must be
available to the user/patient at all times. Excerpts are not
permitted.
Please carefully read the notes on proper use (page 3), the
Safety notes (page 4) and the contra-indications (page 7).
... on the specific function
SaneoTENS is a home therapy device, which serves to provide
electrical nerve stimulation through the skin. Please use it
exclusively to treat indications described in the chapter Program
overview (page 18).
Any application not described in the instructions for use, or
described as impermissible, shall be considered to be improper
use of the device.
Only accessories authorised by the manufacturer may be used.
(e.g. TENS body surface electrodes).
... on liability and warranty
The warranty applies 24 Months to the SaneoTENS therapy
device and all accessories (excluding consumable supplies)
from the day of delivery. During this period of time the
device/accessories can be repaired or replaced by the
manufacturer at no charge.
The manufacturer assumes no liability for damages resulting
from improper use, non-adherence to these instructions for use
and unauthorised modifications to the system. The warranty
shall become null and void.
The manufacturer has the right to perform technical changes,
which approve the therapy device, his functions and the
accessories.
