Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Unplug the appliance and wait for it to completely stop and cool down before cleaning.
2. Disassemble the unit.
3. Empty the pulp container, then clean the feeding tube, food pusher, strainer, bowl, auger and
pulp container under running water. The cleaning brush can be used for cleaning the strainer.
Do not use metal sponge to clean, it will damage the machine. Do not use dishwasher to clean.
4. Wipe the surface of the motor unit with damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water.
5. Dry and assemble all parts. Store in a dry place.
Hints and Tips
Problem
Solution
No power
• Ensure the mains plug is connected.
• Assemble the transparent cover properly.
Stop during use
• Unplug the unit and take out the food, if the motor is locked.
• Over-heating protection fuse will be activated for continuous operation. Stop the
unit and let it cool down for about 10 minutes.
• If the over-current protector is activated, turn the ON/OFF/MAX dial to OFF
position. Unplug the unit and then press the PRESS TO RESET button on the
bottom of the unit. Wait for about 10 minutes. Plug in the unit and you can use it
again.
• If the motor is broken, bring the unit to an appointed service center for repair.
Too much pulp in the
juice
• Remove the residue from the pulp container and transparent cover.
• If the sieve is broken, replace it with a new one.
