Tempeh maker is a new product for easy production of traditional tempeh cheese. You will really
appreciate working with the porous ceramic lids as they stabilize the humidity in the bowl better with
inoculated cheese. When your cheese is good (it has a nice clean look, smells gently like mushrooms,
