3. Pour ½ tablespoon of oil into a bowl, add the potato sticks and mix until seasoned well.
4. Remove the potato sticks from the bowl using your hands or a kitchen utensil, so
that the excess oil remains in the bowl, and transfer them to the fryer basket.
Note: do not pour all the sticks into the basket at once by tilting the bowl, to prevent
the oil from settling on the bottom of the fryer.
5. Fry the fries following the instructions in the table.
3. MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
• To avoid the accumulation of grease and debris, clean the appliance after each use
or after several continuous uses.
• The basket has a non-stick coating.
• Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaning materials and detergents to avoid
damaging the coating.
CLEANING
1. Disconnect the plug from the outlet and allow the appliance to cool down.
Note: For the fryer to cool down faster, remove the basket and rack.
2. Clean the external surface of the device with a damp cloth.
Note: To clean the indicator light bulbs, use a dry cloth.
3. Wash the basket and grill with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. To
remove any lingering residue, use a degreaser.
4. Clean the inside of the appliance with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge.
5. Clean the heating element with a brush to remove food debris.
6. Before turning the fryer back on, wait until it is dry.
STORAGE
1. Disconnect the plug from the socket and allow the appliance to cool down completely.
2. Make sure all parts are dry and clean.
