The Hold function disables the touch screen of your MP3 player, so that if
you accidentally bump it while working out, for example-your music won’t be
interrupted.

Press the

once.

once again to release

the hold function.

If you set to <All> in <Settings>

<Hold Option>, the touch screen

and all the other buttons will be locked. See page 45.
