using your device for ext ended periods, hold t he device wit h a
relaxed grip, press the keys lightly, and t ake frequent breaks. If you
cont inue t o have discomfort during or aft er such use, st op using
t he device and consult a physician.
Protect your hearing and ears when using a headset

Do not use a headset while driving or riding. Doing so may
