6-1 REPLACEMENT OF MAIN PCB-ASS'Y

1) After opening the right side lower part gap of

the COVER-PANEL in front of the CONTROL-PANEL
and the FRAME by using a coin or a key, disassemble
by pulling toward.

2) Remove 2 COVER-SCREW from the CONTROL-PANEL

by using a pin and then remove a SCREW 3EA as
shown in the figure.

3) Disassemble the CONTROL-PANEL by pushing it

slightly to left as shown in the figure here.

4) Turn the CONTROL-PANEL ASS'Y and remove

SCREW 5EA securing PCB ASS'Y.

5) Lift up the SCREW slightly to the disassembling

direction, it is disassembled.

6) Disconnect the CONNECTOR from ASS'Y PCB.

When disassembling CONTROL-PANEL, be careful not to

allow WIRE to get too much tension.

※

When assembling PCB, check if CONTROL-PANEL fixing

HOOK is properly positioned and tighten with screws.
(If not tightened exactly, Select S/W does not operate.)

Points to check after replacing PCB-ASS'Y

Check the each part operating status. (Using TEST MODE)

※

How to disassemble shutter

1) After removing from Hook by pulling down the fore of shutter,

and disassemble by pulling forward.

2) When assembling, push until making a sound how to use upward.
