Activation
If this phone was purchased at freedompop.com it is already
activated. Turn it on and start using it.
If this phone was NOT purchased at freedompop.com, it
requires activation. Follow the steps below to activate your
FreedomPop phone and service plan.
ACTIVATE PHONE & SERVICE
Go to freedompop.com/activate, enter the 18-digit MEID
number and your email address, then click Validate. MEID is
located on the phone packaging or under your phone’s battery.

Continue through the activation steps to choose your plan,
services, and phone number and enter billing details.
NETWORK CONNECTION
ISSUES?
If you powered on your phone before activation, please restart
it by holding the Power button for 3 seconds and selecting
Reboot.
If your phone still does not connect to the cellular network
after activation, you can (1) select Profile Update under
Settings > System Update (exact path may vary by phone) or
(2) Dial ##72786# from your phone and select Reset.

CHARGE IT
Plug the Micro USB cable into the Micro USB slot of your
device and into a wall outlet.
Your battery will already have some charge, but we
recommend charging it during the setup process.
A battery can be fully recharged in 1-3 hours.
TURN IT ON
After charging, press and hold the power button on the
device for 3 seconds.
The device will light up and turn on. This may take up to
30 seconds.
