Checking Password

◆

Check if the digital telecommunicator beeps once by pressing the RESET button on the back of the
telecommunicator.
- If the digital telecommunicator does not beep, turn the air conditioner off and press

buttons at the

same time on the indoor unit until the unit beeps. After the indoor unit beeps,

press the On/Off button on the indoor unit once within 3 seconds. It will set the password to 00. Then if

the digital telecommunicator beeps by pressing the RESET button again.

- If you cannot hear a beep after following above steps, check the distance between the digital

telecommunicator and the indoor unit.

Checking and Testing Operation

Call a place where the digital telecommunicator is installed, then change a password.
(The password is set to 00 at shipment.)

Operate the air conditioner according to the instructions.
