Measure : Change 20P power cable and SMPS.
Yes
Set On
Check ‘SW_POWER’ more than 3.3V
appear at CN201(#2)?
3.3V (CN201 #2)
No
Cause : Micome (IC2201) did not control the SW_
Power.
Measure : Change the Main Assy.
Yes
Check ‘Power input of Main Ass’y’ ?
DC B20V, B13V appear at CN201 #7~10
(B20V) CN201 #11~16 (B13V)?
20V (CN201 #7~10)
13V (CN201 #11~16)
No
Cause : There did not supply the power from SMPS.
Measure : Change 20P power cable and SMPS.
Yes
Check ‘Power of main IC (B5.3V/B3.3V/
B2.5V/B1.1V)’ Check ‘Power of DDR IC
(B1.5V)’ appear at BD218 (5V), BD222
(1.5V), BD228 (1.5V),BD223 (3.3V),
BD221 (1.1V), BD229 (3.3V), BD237
(2.5V), BD260 (2.5V) ?
No
Cause : There is problem at DCDC (IC201, IC202,
IC203, IC204, IC2043, IC209, IC214, IC223,
IC224)/LDO
Measure : Change the Main Assy.
Yes
Check ‘Power of LVDS (13V/18V)’ appear
at FRC Board?
13V (CN101_SMPS #15~22)
18V (CN101_SMPS #7~10)
No
Cause : There is probem panel or T-con board or
Main assy.
Measure : Change the Main Assy.
Yes
Change the LVDS cable ? No Change the Panel.
