Bixby does not respond

Ensure the Wi-Fi is working properly.

Ensure that the microphone is not turned off or that you are not covering the built-in
microphone.

The call or the Wi-Fi connection is often disconnected or audio quality
is poor

Ensure the Wi-Fi is working properly.

Ensure that the microphone is not turned off or the speaker is not blocked by other
devices.

Voice recognition may not function properly in noisy places.
•
Restart your speaker to clear any temporary software bugs.
•
Ensure that your speaker software is updated to the latest version.
•
If you are still having trouble with Bixby Voice after trying these tips, contact a Samsung
Service Center.
The speaker cannot connect to smartphone
You cannot connect in a Wi-Fi environment with a firewall installed. If your smartphone is
connected to Wi-Fi with a firewall enabled, reconnect to Wi-Fi with a firewall disabled and try
again.
An IoT product does not work

Ensure the product you want to run is registered on the SmartThings app.
•
Ensure that the Samsung account you logged in to the SmartThings app is the same as
the Samsung account registered in your speaker.
•
Turn off the SmartThings app on your smartphone and try running it again.
