General information

Your phone provides various functions which are very handy 
for daily use and for entertainment. This chapter gives you 
general information for using the functions.

Standby mode

The components described below are shown when your 
phone is ready for use, with no characters keyed in. In this 
state, the phone is in Standby mode.

Shows the status indicators. See the following page.

B

Shows an analogue clock or a digital clock. See 
“Date and time settings” on page 146.

C

Navigation bar: 

Shows the current profile name

General

displays instead. In an application, the bar shows
