Phone settings

(Menu 5)

Use this menu to customise your phone settings. You

can also reset the settings to their default values.
To access this menu, press <Menu> in Idle mode and

select Phone settings.

Display settings

(Menu 5.1)

Use this menu to change settings for the display.
Wallpaper

(Menu 5.1.1)

You can change the background image and the

settings for the text of Idle mode.
• Wallpaper list: select a background image.
• Text display: determine the phone displays the

time and date.

• Text colour: select a colour of the text.

Menu style

(Menu 5.1.2)

You can select the menu display style.
Auto key lock

(Menu 5.1.3)

You can set the phone to automatically lock the keys if

no key has been pressed within a given period of time.
Contrast

(Menu 5.1.4)

You can adjust the brightness of the display based on

varying lighting conditions.
Backlight

(Menu 5.1.5)

You can select the length of time the backlight and the

display stay on.
Graphic logo

(Menu 5.1.6)

Use this menu to display your service provider’s logo

instead of its name.

Greeting message

(Menu 5.2)

Use this menu to enter the greeting that is displayed

briefly when the phone is switched on.
