Options during a call

5. To add a new person to the multi-party call, call the
new person in the normal way and then press the
Options
soft key or the key.
6. Select the
Conference
option and press the
OK
soft key
or the key.
You can add incoming callers by answering a call and
pressing the
Options
soft key or the key, and selecting
Conference
. Repeat as required.
Private conversation with only one participant
1. Press the
Options
soft key or the key and choose
the
Select One
option.
2. Press the
OK
soft key or the key. The list of call
participants displays.
3. Highlight a person by pressing the Up or Down key, and
press the
Select
soft key, the key, or the key.
4. Highlight
Private
, then press the
OK
soft key or the
key.
Now you can talk privately to the person you selected,
while the other participants continue to talk with each
other.
5. To return to the multi-party call, press the
Options
soft
key or the key, then select
Conference
.
6. Press the
OK
soft key or the key.
All of the multi-party call participants will now hear each
other.
