Taking a photo with the phone open

1. Accessing the

Take and send

menu turns the camera

on or you can press and hold the Up key in Idle mode.

The image to be captured appears on the display.

2. Adjust the image by aiming the camera at the subject.

When you press the left soft key, you can use the
camera options. For details, see page 123.

Note:

You can change the image settings switch to other modes by using the
keypad. For details, see page 122.

3. Press the

key to take the photo.

4. Press the

Save

soft key. To discard the photo, press

Cancel

soft key.

Using the keypad in Capture mode

You can use the number keys to customize your camera
settings when you are in Capture mode. The following
table lists the functions for each key.
