4. Highlight
Text Message
and press the
Select
soft key or the
key.
5. Type your message in the message window. For further information on
entering characters, see “Entering Text” on page 36.
While you are composing your text message, press the
Options
soft
key to select any of the following:

Insert:
allows you to insert text from saved Text Templates, a contact
name and number from the Contact List, or bookmarked URLs from
Favorites.
♦
Add Media:
allows you to add images and sound to your message.

Picture:
allows you to add a picture to your message.
•
Animation:
allows you to add an animation to your message. Select
Emotions or My Animations.
•
Melody:
allows you to add a melody to your message. Select
between Preset Melodies and My Melodies.

Attach:
allows you to attach the following to the message:
•
Business Card:
allows you to attach your business card to the
message (see “My Business Card” on page 137).
•
Appointment:
allows you to attach an appointment to the text
message.
•
Anniversary:
allows you to attach an anniversary reminder or note
to the message.
•
Miscellaneous:
allows you to attach a miscellaneous file to the
message.
•
Task:
allows you to insert an entry from your calendar tagged as a
Task.

Save to:
allows you to save the text message to Drafts or My Folder.
♦
Select Language:
allows you to temporarily change the input
language used to create your message between English and
Français (French).
