Copying/Receiving in Save Ink Mode

Your machine has a Save Ink mode to optimize consumption
of ink when copying and receiving a fax.

Press Ink.

The display shows the current setting such as ‘ON’ or
‘OFF’.

Press Ink repeatedly until the display shows ‘ON’

and wait until the machine returns to the Standby mode.
The button backlights to indicate Save Ink mode is
active. From now on, every printout will consume less
ink.

•

In Save Ink mode, ink consumes 30% less than in nor−

mal mode.

•

If you think the print quality is not good as you

expected, exit the Save Ink mode and print in normal
mode.
