Connecting C.O. Lines
This chapter describes how to connect C.O. lines to the OfficeServ 7200 system
after installation.
1 Line Conditions
Cautions for connecting C.O. lines are as follows:
y
Cables with AWG #24 or AWG #26 width should be used as subscriber lines.
y
When wiring cables in high-humidity areas, remove moisture before wiring.
y
Cables should be handled carefully to prevent any changes or damages.
y
Subscriber lines should be kept indoors if possible.
y
High voltage power lines should not be wired near a subscriber line.
Leak resistance for C.O. lines connected to the OfficeServ 7200 system is as
follows:
