4. Troubleshooting
Checkpoints before service request
SYMPTOM
DIAGNOSIS
REMEDY
Oven lamp is not
working .
* Check the oven lamp’s relay and
connector (CNP210,CNP211) .
* Replace or repair if the harness is loose or
disconnected .
* Replace Main PCB .
* Measure the resistance of both ends of
lamp terminal .
* Replace lamp if it is burned out .
(120V / 40W)
Smell or smoke during
very first operation.
* This is in normal state .
* Smell or smoke comes from burning
soils in the oven and might be generated
during very first operation.
LED display is dim or
dark, and difficult to
see .
* LED display is defective .
* Replace the Display .
There is no buzzer beep
sound when keypad is
being touched .
* Check the condition of the buzzer on Sub
PCB and for shorted or opened areas .
* Replace or repair Sub PCB .
Cooktop flame with LP
is extraordinary short
* Check the cap of regulator .
* Remove the cap of regulator and mount it
again upside down .
* Replace the regulator .
Cooktop flame with LP
is extraordinary long
(severe yellow flame)
* Check the injector nozzle .
* Replace the NG injector nozzle to LP
injector nozzle .
(Basically NG injector nozzles are
mounted at production line)
Broil/Bake with LP
shows too much yellow
flame and soot
* Check air shutter of the broil / bake
burner .
* Make the air shutter fully opened .
(Basically opening of air shutter is applied
for NG gas at production line)
Convection fan is
not turning .
* Check whether Convection fan relay on
Main PCB and connector(CNP210) are
working normally .
* Replace Main PCB .
* Replace or repair connector .
