NET10 web site at www.NET10.com.
Purchasing Data Services through the Internet at www.NET10.com:
In order to purchase Data
Services directly from the NET10 website, go to “Ringtones and More” at www.NET10.com and enter
your NET10 phone's serial number (ESN/IMEI). You will be redirected to the NET10 Data Services
content catalog where you can browse, sample and purchase ringtones and/or graphics. When you have
selected a title and are ready to make your purchase, click on “Buy” and the Content Charge will be shown
in both U.S. Dollars and in minutes. You will have the opportunity to select one of two payment options:
(1) you may use a credit card to complete your purchase or (2) you may select a direct deduction of
minutes from your NET10 phone. Content Charges and Subscription Charges paid via direct deduction
of minutes are calculated using a dollar-to-minute conversion factor of $1.00 equals 10 minutes of
airtime. The costs for Data Services in U.S. Dollars and/or minutes and the dollar-to-minute conversion
factor are subject to change at any time without notice. See the Terms and Conditions posted on the
NET10 website at www.NET10.com and the NET10 Unlimited website at www.NET10Unlimited.com for
the most current terms.
Subscription to Data Services:
NET10 offers two options for subscription-based Data Services such as
news, weather and sports: (1) a one-day (24 hour) subscription or (2) a 30-day subscription. A sub-
scription allows you to view the content during the duration of the subscription. For example, a 30-day
subscription allows access to news, weather and sports at any time during the 30-day period.
In addition to the initial Subscription Charge to purchase the one-day or 30-day subscription, you will
also incur Access Charges whenever you open your NET10 phone's WAP browser to access or view the
Data Services. The Access Charge is 1 minute of airtime per minute of access. Subscriptions to Data
Services can only be purchased directly from your NET10 phone. Subscriptions to Data Services are
non-refundable and non-transferable (including to any new or replacement NET10 phone) and are only
accessible on the NET10 phone on which they were purchased.
Your NET10 phone service must remain active to access your subscription to Information Service. If your
NET10 phone service expires, your subscription to Data Services will be terminated and will not be
reinstated (or refunded) even if your NET10 phone is reactivated during the original subscription period.
Charges for Multi-Media Messages (e.g., picture messaging):
You will be charged 2.5 minutes to send
or receive a multi-media message (the “MMS Charge”). In addition to the 2.5 minute MMS Charge, you
will incur an additional WAP Access Charge of 1 minute of airtime per minute of access for the time it
takes to send or receive the MMS (see Additional Access Charges for Data Services below). The total WAP

Access Charge will vary depending on the size of the MMS message sent or received and the amount of
time required to complete the transmission.
Additional Access Charges for Data Services:
In addition to the Content Charges, Subscription Charges
and MMS Charges, and regardless of the payment option you use, you will be charged an additional
Access Charge of 1 minute of airtime per minute of access associated with downloading content,
accessing or viewing Data Services or utilizing MMS. Total Access Charges will vary depending on the
size of the content and the actual time it takes to download the content, access or view the Data
Service or utilize MMS.
NET10 UNLIMITED PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to the NET10 Unlimited Plan (as defined below). These terms and
conditions may be modified at any time without notice. The most current terms and conditions of
service are available on the NET10 website at www.NET10Unlimited.com. By enrolling in a NET10
Unlimited Plan, and/or by allowing your credit or debit card information to be used for enrollment in any
NET10 Unlimited Plan, you agree or reaffirm your agreement to be bound by the current NET10
Unlimited Plan Terms and Conditions of Service.
7. NET10 UNLIMITED PLAN DESCRIPTION.
The NET10 Unlimited Plan is a Service offered by NET10 that includes unlimited nationwide local and
long distance calling, unlimited nationwide text and picture messaging and unlimited mobile web access.
Data purchased through the NET10 Data Services portal will require separate payment via NET10
Unlimited minute bundles or credit/debit card purchase. The NET10 Unlimited Plan is not available in
all areas. NET10 may modify or cancel the NET10 Unlimited Plan at any time and for any reason without
prior notice. The NET10 Unlimited Plan may not be combined with any other discount or promotion.
National Roaming capability may be discontinued or changed at any time without notice.
8. NET10 UNLIMITED PLAN ENROLLMENT
To enroll in the NET10 Unlimited Plan you must purchase a NET10 Unlimited phone. To complete your
enrollment, you will need the IMEI/Serial number from your NET10 Unlimited phone, your full contact
information (including a valid e-mail address) and a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card
or American Express) or debit card with a Visa or MasterCard imprint. You can enroll in the NET10
Unlimited Plan by completing all required information and clicking the “Enroll” box on the enrollment
page of the NET10 Unlimited website or by contacting NET10 Unlimited's Customer Care at 1-877-77NET10
and providing the required information. If you have more than one NET10 Unlimited phone to activate,
you will need to enroll each NET10 Unlimited phone separately. Upon enrollment in the NET10 Unlimited
Plan, your new Service End Date will be 30 days from the date you enrolled in the NET10 Unlimited Plan.
