Cookware handles should be turned inward and not extend
over adjacent surface elements
- To reduce the risk of
burns, ignition of flammable materials, and spillage due to
unintentional contact with the cookware, cookware handles
should be positioned so that they are turned inward, and do
not extend over adjacent surface units.
•
Glazed cookware
- Only certain types of glass, glass/ ceramic,
ceramic, earthenware, or other glazed cookware are suitable
for range-top service without breaking due to the sudden
change in temperature.
•
Protective Liners
- Do not use aluminum foil to line oven
bottoms, except as suggested in the manual. Improper
installation of these liners may result in a risk of electric
shock, or fire.
•
Never leave cooktop elements unattended at high heat
settings
- Boilovers cause smoking and greasy spillovers may
ignite.
• Metallic objects such as knives, forks, spoons, and lids should
not be placed on the Induction Cooktop surface since they can
get hot.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
• Flush - mounted appliances may be operated only after they
have been installed in cabinets and workplaces that conform
to the relevant standards. This ensures that the appliances are
installed in compliance with the appropriate safety standards.
• If your appliance malfunctions or if fractures, cracks, or splits
appear:
- switch off all cooking zones
- unplug the range from the AC wall outlet
- contact your local Samsung service center.
WARNING
• If the surface is cracked, switch off and unplug the appliance
to avoid the possibility of electrical shock.
WARNING
• Ensure that the appliance is switched off before replacing the
lamp to avoid the possibility of electric shock.
• The range should not be placed on a base.
