Auto Defrost Settings

For defrosting food with a temperature of -18 to -20°C, the following table presents the
various Auto Defrost programmes, quantities, standing times and appropriate recom -
mendations.

Remove all kind of package material before defrosting. Place meat, poultry, fish and
bread on a flat ceramic plate. (place bread on kitchen paper)

Turn the meat over, when the oven
beeps. This programme is suitable for
beef, pork, lamb, steaks, chops and

nium foil. Put the chicken first
breast-side down, put chicken pieces
first skin side down. Turn the poultry
over, when the oven beeps. This pro -
gramme is suitable for whole chicken

Shield the tail of a whole fish with alu-
minium foil. Turn the fish over, when
the oven beeps. This programme is
suitable for whole fishes as well as for
fish fillets.

Bread

Put bread slices horizontally on a piece
of kitchen paper and turn over, as soon
as the oven beeps. This programme is
suitable for sliced toast bread, as well

as for bread rolls and baguettes.
Arrange bread rolls in a circle.
