The following table presents quantities and appropriate instructions about 17

Rinse and clean fresh cauliflowers and prepare
florets. Add 100 ml water into the glass steamer.

Pumpkin

Weigh the fresh pumpkins, washing and cutting
into similar sizes or cubes. Add 100 ml water into
the glass steamer. Put the pumpkins on the insert

steamer. Cover with lid. After cooking, stand for
2-3 minutes.

Put the white rice into the glass steamer. Add
500 ml cold water. Cover with lid. After cooking,
stand for 5 minutes.

Weigh the minced beef and make a ball shape
(each Ø25 mm). Add 100 ml water into the glass
steamer. Put the beef on the insert tray and place
in the glass steamer. Cover with lid. After cooking,

Rinse fish and add 1 tbsp lemon juice. Add 100 ml
