Problem Cause Action
Grill
Smoke comes out
during operation. During initial operation, smoke
may come from the heating
elements when you first use the
oven. This is not a malfunction, and if
you run the oven 2-3 times, it
should stop.
Food is on the heating elements. Let the oven cool and then
remove the food from the
heating elements.
Food is too close to the grill. Put the food a suitable distance
away while cooking.
Food is not properly prepared
and/or arranged. Make sure food is properly
prepared and arranged.
NOTE
If the above guidelines do not enable you to
solve the problem, then contact your local
SAMSUNG customer service centre. Please have the following information read;
• The model and serial numbers, normally
printed on the rear of the oven
• Your warranty details
• A clear description of the problem

aftersales service.
