USING tHE rIcE+StEaM fEatUrE
With the Rice+Steam feature, the cooking time is set automatically.
First, place the food in the centre of the turntable and close the door.
1.
Press the
rice+Steam
button.
2.
Select the type of food that you are cooking by
pressing the
rice+Steam
button. Refer to the table
on the following page for a description of the various
preprogrammed settings.
3.
Press
Start
( ) button.
result:
The food is cooked according to the
preprogrammed setting selected.
• When cooking has finished, the
oven will beep and flash “0” four times. The oven will
then beep one time per minute.

The following table presents the various Rice+Steam Programmes,
quantities, standing times and appropriate recommendations.

(Egg Custard)

450 g
fresh egg - 2, evaporated milk - 2
tbs, water - 3/4 cup, Japanese soy
sauce - 1 ts, salt - 1/8 ts, kani crab
- 1/4 cup, boiled shrimps - 4
recommendations
1.Put eggs in a bowl, bleated then add evaporated milk, water and
seasoning with Japanese soy sauce and salt mixed well.
2.Cook and decorate with Kani crab and shrimp before serve.

Steamed Jack Potato
400 g
potato - 400 g, water - 45 ml
recommendations
1.Weight the potato, wash and chop the potato in the same size.
2.Put the steam tray in the steam bowl and put the chopped potato
on top.
3.Add 45ml (3 tbs) water for 400-450 g potato.
4.Close lid and cook

vegetable - 400 g, water - 45 ml
