Unfused image

Description : The printed image is not fully fused to the paper. The image rubs off easily

Probable Cause

Solution

The papers are wet with moisture.

Replace the paper.

The fuser unit is not installed properly.

1) Turn the machine off.

2) Remove and reinstall the fuser unit.

3) Turn the machine on.

The fuser connection is bad.

Check the connection between the fuser unit and main board.

The fuser unit defective.

1) Turn the machine off.

2) Remove and replace the fuser unit.

3) Turn the machine on.

WARNING

Do not touch the fuser unit while it is hot.
