Change the key

FPCB

And retry to the power-on operation.

Is that frequency 32KHz?

Change the OSC7000

If OSC700 does not still work, Change the U7002

This problem is internal oscillator of U7002.

Change the FRONT ASSY

Power-on the phone and check
