Performing leak test & insulation
Before completing the installation (insulation of the hose and pipe),
you must check that there are no gas leaks.
Once you have checked that there are no leaks in the system,
you can insulate the piping and hose.
To avoid condensation problems, place
T13.0 or thicker Acrylonitrile
Butadien Rubber
separately around each refrigerant pipe.

After closing both high and low stop valve of the outdoor unit, inject
nitrogen gas into refrigerant pipe to reach 28kgf/cm
2
.

Purge nitrogen gas after finishing leak test.

By using soap bubbles, check leak on flare nut connection of pipes.

Wind insulating tape around the pipes.

Finish wrapping insulating tape around the rest of the pipes leading to the
outdoor unit.
