Setting a Message Indication

You can leave a message indication when there is no answer or if the station required is busy.

Press the

[Message]

button or press [4]

►

[3].

Hang up after hearing confirmation tone.

The

[Message]

button of the receiving station will flash.

phones without the [Message] button will receive
special dial tone as a message indicator.
The status indicator will also flash red.

You can leave up to 5 messages on a station.
