You can display teletext information at any time, but signal
reception must be good. Otherwise:

Information may be missing

Some pages may not be displayed

To activate the teletext mode and display the contents page:

Using the

) button, select the channel providing

the teletext service.

Press the “

” (TTX/MIX) button to activate the teletext mode.

Result:

The contents page (page 100) is displayed. It can be
redisplayed at any time by pressing the INDEX (

)

button.

Press the “

” (TTX/MIX) button repeatly to change the

mode (depending on the model):
TV mode 

Teletext mode 

Double Teletext mode

TV & Teletext mixed mode

Press the “

” (TTX/MIX) button twice to activate the Double

Teletext mode (depending on the model).

Double Teletext

When the “

” (TTX/MIX) button is pressed twice, the

screen will be split into two. One half is for TV, and the other
half is for TTX. This Double Teletext feature lets you enjoy TV
and TTX on a single screen without mutual interruption.

To display the actual broadcast simultaneously with the teletext
page, press the “

” (TTX/MIX) button.

To return to normal viewing press the TV

button.

If any broken character appears while TTX is being viewed,
make sure that the TTX language is identical with the
language in the “Function” menu mode. If both languages
are different, select the same language with the TTX
language on the “Function” menu.
