Mix 16-17 tbspn of coconut powder with milk maid in

microwave safe bowl. Cook in microwave Spread balance

coconut powder in a plate. Make 1-1/2 inch diameter balls

and roll on coconut powder. Let it cool before serving at

room temperature.

Level-

Beat eggs well. Pour in milk, sugar, cocoa powder and

vanilla essence. Further beat for 2 to 3mins. Pour the mix-

ture in microwave safe bowl preferably round deep bowl.

Sprinkle nutmeg powder on top.

Note: Refrigerate and serve chilled.

soda bi-carbonate(meetha soda)-1 tspn, powder sugar-1

cup heaped, banana-2 nos., mixed fruit jam- 2 tbspn,

Essence-pineapple, orange, mango, banana-1 tspn,

reﬁned oil-1 cup, eggs-3 nos., lemon juice-1, nuts- roasted

cashewnuts(split into halves), walnuts and raisins-

chopped for garnishing.

Mix atta , maida and meetha soda and sieve it two to three

times, discard wheat bran, keep aside. In a mixie blend

banana, lemon juice, jam, and 2 tbspn oil and make paste.

Keep aside. Beat oil and sugar well till light and ﬂuffy. Beat

eggs separately and add to the mixture. Add fruit pulp con-

tinue beating add ﬂour mixture gradually and fold in clock

wise. Grease cake tin with oil. Pour the batter. Dust half of

the nuts(walnuts and raisins with reﬁned ﬂour) mix in bat-

ter. Garnish the top with balance cashewnuts and raisins.
