3. Does the problem occurred after updating the firmw

A. Print the configuration report and check the fir

B. If all software versions are not normal, update

C. If the problem persists, replace the defective d

4. Check the connection between secondary modem c

Remove the secondary modem card and re-install i

5. Replace the secondary modem card.
