1. Causes of Failure
1) Cut or poor contact of motor connecting harness of the Air flow blade(up/down).
2) Defect by device hanging.
3) Poor Main PCB.
4) Poor stepping motor
2. Inspection Items
1) Contact of motor connecting harness of the Air flow blade(up/down)?
2) Output wave style from panel PCB port(PORT) during motor on?
3. Inspection Procedure
Turn on and turn the Air flow blade(up/down)
on with remote control.
Exchange the Air flow blade(up/down).
Check swing of the Air flow blade(up/down), OK?
Check connector wire, cut or wrong?
Check voltage between Main PCB
CN202 No. #5 and GND, DC12V?
Check wave style from Main PCB
CN202 No. #1, #2, #3, #4, spherical?
Good motor of the Air flow
blade(up/down)
Inspect and exchange
connection harness.
Inspect and exchange U204.
Exchange panel PCB.
