Insulating the header joint

Fasten the header joint using a cable tie and cover the connected part .

Insulate the header joint and the brazing part and wrap the connected part with an
adhesive insulation tape to prevent dew formation .

part with insulation (Purchased privately) of a thickness of at least 10mm (3/8”) .

Use insulation that should be able to handle an interior temperature of over 120°C(248°F) . Wrap the Y- joint with
insulation of a thickness of at least 10mm (3/8”) .
