The supplied ball valve must be suitable for the pipe section:
The ball valve ports designated A, B, C and D must be connected as shown in Figs. 2, 3, 5, 7 and 8 in accordance with the
intended switching positions in the pipeline. Prior to installation, check the valve’s function.

Multi-port ball valves are delivered with the appropriate ball depending on the function of the valve:
