Malfunction

Defective operating diaphragm

Replace damaged diaphragm.

Control loop hunts

Check the sizing.

coefficient, if necessary or in

stall a different sized regulator.

The restriction or needle valve in the

control line for pressure tapping is too

large or missing.

Install a restriction.

Install a smaller restriction.

Do not completely close the needle valve.
